I really enjoy my Fat Tire bike. Customer Service was quick to respond to my initial and subsequent questions. It was fairly easy to assemble. The bike is high quality.
The delivery was quick and the assembly was really easy, even with a broken hand. The quality is impressive and the bike is a ton of fun to ride!
I purchased a blue Fat Tire Electric Bike. Nice looking bike for a male ! Electric assist comes in very handy compared to my Trek regular bike. Comfortable seat.

Fat tire bike is the best!
Pricey as any of the good bikes are.
I’m 5’6” I had to lower the seat several inches for safe starts and stops it solved a lot of issues by doing that. A fat tire step through would be ideal for seniors less leg lifting/swinging and easier to get your feet on the ground quicker. Use the throttle to start for better control because of the bikes weight it’s a better balance that way. YouTube videos are very helpful to pick up on operating the EBike.
Try out some Ebikes if you can they are not one size fits all. The folks at Small Town are easy to work with if you have questions ask them about it. Verify what comes with the bike some items are on the bikes when delivered items some are not.
My wife has owned the Cruiser bike for a year and finally convinced me that I needed to get an e-bike. I don’t much care for the Cruiser for myself so I ordered the Fat Tire. She had already done a lot of research on Small Town Bike Co. so I didn’t feel I needed to look anywhere else. I ordered it online but the price on my online invoice was greater than the advertised online price. Small Town immediately rectified that problem. When ordering, there’s a box you can check (which I did) that indicated, as I understood it, that my credit card would be charged once the bike shipped. That’s not quite how it worked. I was called a couple of times to get my credit card info to finalize the order. Awkward. Received the shipment Friday and opened it up on Saturday. No owners manual was included. Went to get it online and could not. Since they’re closed on the weekend, I tried the Chat feature. Still have not received a response from that. Called on Monday and after several tries, was able to get the electronic version of the owners manual so I could make certain I had assembled it correctly. Yesterday afternoon I finally was able to ride it. Not much air in the tires and the valve stem was twisted. The tire states a max psi rating of 30 psi. At 27 psi, the tires lost the bead on the rim. After a few attempts and resetting the tire on the rim, I settled at 20 psi and the tires were fine. So that’s a bit of a problem and after 3 attempts, I was getting pretty frustrated. All’s well now. Rides great and performs as expected.
