Hydraulic brakes are great for this bike. Good stopping power.
Working with a USA based company was so enjoyable and ended up talking with the owner when I placed my order. The order process was efficient, thorough and the bike arrived within a few days. Set up was assembling the pedals and the handlebars! The bike is for my wife and it is our first e-bike and so far she loves it.
I have had my bike for a few years now and LOVE riding it....pedal assist helps to get the bike rolling down the street and the bigger tires assist when in the gravel or dirt. Very well made and loved the pre-assembled delivery of this bike.

I love my Small Town bike! I love the styling, comfort, and electronics. The assist option levels are great when I want a workout but need some help. When I need a rest, the full electric gives me a break. The seat is comfortable and the bike is sized right. Thanks for letting me get back into bike riding!
Got on at the shop in Fond Du Lac and road it home, I have about 50 miles on it, battery is at 50% ( I must be doing something right) I even just pedal it without turning it on, so easy even without the assist.
I will be 65 in a few months and am glad to have found the means to continue enjoying my neighborhood bike rides despite the onset of arthritic knee pain. I am also looking forward to putting it to use to explore bike trails in the future : )
My first bike from you quite a few mikes on her and the electrical system was acting up. It was under warranty and without questions, you sent me a new one and had me return the old one. My new bike has about only about 200 mikes on it because I got sick and had not ridden in about 2 years. I am finally past that and am back on her and I love her even more than I did before because it means I’m healthy. We just rode 33 mikes to the Teaim of Coeur d’ Alene’s in Plummer WA and I’m back. Thank you for such a great bike.
Great bike! Super instructions on how to put it together! Wonderful people to work with!! I highly recommend this bike !!!
The suspension gives a smoother ride. Only downside is that the bike basket and front fender don’t fit now- but worth the trade off.

I have limited chance to ride am very much satisfied with the bike. Only about 30 miles so far.

I took my 18 month old Venom golf cart in for warranty repair work. It would shut off on its own as you were driving. They were having issues finding the cause of the problem with my cart. They thought they knew what it was, but the manufacturer wanted them to try other things. After not having a golf cart for the first month of camping season, I just wanted a golf cart. Kevin was wonderful and offered me a great trade-in price for my cart. I purchased a new activ EV golf cart from them. I am very pleased with the way I was treated by both Kevin and Bill. I would highly recommend. Small town bike for your golf cart needs.
Love our bikes but had a minor issues with the digital display on one of them. Rather than making us wait until it became a bigger problem, Small Town Bike Co sent us a new one immediately. Great Service
Our first time trying an e-bike, and we couldn't be happier!! Very easy to understand the controls and didn't take long at all to get comfortable changing power assist levels, turning in lights, etc. We are looking forward to getting out as a couple for some enjoyable and healthy exercise!
