I have limited chance to ride am very much satisfied with the bike. Only about 30 miles so far.
Set up was easy. No issues or problems.
I took my 18 month old Venom golf cart in for warranty repair work. It would shut off on its own as you were driving. They were having issues finding the cause of the problem with my cart. They thought they knew what it was, but the manufacturer wanted them to try other things. After not having a golf cart for the first month of camping season, I just wanted a golf cart. Kevin was wonderful and offered me a great trade-in price for my cart. I purchased a new activ EV golf cart from them. I am very pleased with the way I was treated by both Kevin and Bill. I would highly recommend. Small town bike for your golf cart needs.
Love our bikes but had a minor issues with the digital display on one of them. Rather than making us wait until it became a bigger problem, Small Town Bike Co sent us a new one immediately. Great Service
Our first time trying an e-bike, and we couldn't be happier!! Very easy to understand the controls and didn't take long at all to get comfortable changing power assist levels, turning in lights, etc. We are looking forward to getting out as a couple for some enjoyable and healthy exercise!

I got this bike as a gift for my husband. He loves it. It was well packed, came promptly, was easy to set up and he is enjoying daily rides on it. We like that it is made in Wisconsin and the free basket was a fun add on. It seems very sturdy and expect many years of use.
I haven’t rode a bike much in the last 10 years. Not since I broke my ankle. I missed it but at this point in my life ( I’m 63) I was looking for an E bike that would make it easier. I first saw an article on Small Town bikes in The Wisconsin magazine . I thought “that’s the bike for me” this spring I decided to get one. I love it! The pedal assist is amazing! And such a good quality bike!
We bought one for each of us. My wife and I enjoy riding these. They actually work very easy and can set them to no assist and ride them easily with no support, but when hills come it's great to have the assist! They are also very comfortable with spring seats.
As in the title, I've had my lavender cruiser bike (with the upgraded seat, basket and fenders) for over 2 years. By far the best ebike I've had (previously had a Rad ebike but it was too heavy with fat tires and I'm 5'2"). I have the smaller Small Town ebike which has had no issues. I only wish the basket that goes on the front of the bike could be adapted to go on the back. It causes the front end to be "heavy" and more difficult to steer when a few items are put in the basket. Other than that, the ride is comfortable and the upgraded seat helps prevent a sore behind. Highly recommend. Would have more miles on the bike but I live in a cold climate. Hope they didn't discontinue the lavender color - get soooo many compliments on it!
I never had a rear view mirror on any bike before, but I love this one. It’s small but provides a clear view of what is coming up behind me. I definitely feel safer
Bike Display Screen and Pedal Assist/Power Button Assembly
2 years ago I bought an electric bike ( mainly made in china) that caused me a terrible accident. (5 facial fractures, grade 4 concussion and chest trauma) the pedal assembly was cross threaded and other issues and snapped apart about 10 miles into my ride. So I haven't wanted to jump back into riding but I decided if I could find an American company I would do my research on them and take the plunge if everything seemed good. Well I'm so happy I did. I only have 75 miles on the bike but its so easy to ride with or without the pedal assist. I live in south Texas and its windy all the time here but it doesn't effect my ride. The seat is extremely comfortable, the display is easy to read even in bright sun, the bike has just the right amount of power. I truly don't think you would be disappointed. From the time I ordered the bike to receiving it was just over one week. P.S. the red one looks really cool!
I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get my e-bike. It’s so easy to shift from manual to power and with the added power I enjoy biking again. Also with the higher price of gas, I find myself taking my bike instead of the car.
This is our second bike, we are very pleased with it.
