Shipping policy
SHIPPING. Ebikes can be shipped to the lower 48 states for the flat fee listed at time of purchase. At this time, we are only shipping to the USA. If you need a shipment out of these areas, please contact help@smalltownbikeco.com
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order once the order has shipped. We may call and/or email with additional details at the time of shipment.
- We will use UPS or other parcel service to ship your order. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
- Any changes that you make regarding shipping once the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences may delay your receipt of the ebike and replacement items and/or refunds if any issues occur.
- Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inaction of UPS or any other parcel service. A claim should be filed with the applicable shipper if damage occurs during shipment.
- Any shipping costs of items returned outside of the return period will be at customer's expense. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Refund Policies which are incorporated into by reference and form a part of these Terms.
