We saw the display at the Wisconsin State Fair on Thursday. The next day I was headed to pick one up for my wife at the location near Waldo. I rode it for a 100 mile trip I needed an e-bike for, before letting my wife take it under her wing. It is a great entry level e-bike. I was pleased with everything as it worked as it should. Very happy with this purchase.
Great that it mounts both in a downward and upward position. Both my husband and I prefer different.

Had to replace my original charger as it started to blink red and stop charging the battery. From order to receipt it was about 7 days and arrived safely and in secure packaging. Used it to charge the battery without fail. Charged to 100% in normal time (3-4 hours). Very happy with customer service and the speedy process to get my old charger replaced.
Love my bike mirror. Feel so much safer. I should have had Small Town put it on when I bought my bike. Had it installed during my annual bike check up- which I also highly recommend. Excellent service and the bike techs really know what they’re doing!

I’ve been riding my Boogie Bike for about 2 years. I’ve found the bike a very nice ride. It is well built and solid. I find that the battery lasts extremely long. I do only use the motor for hilll climbs. Last year I rode a 70 mile bike ride and it dropped 3 bars. They are very helpful for any repair needed. They sent parts and found a local shop. Izzy answered my questions and was very helpful. If I were to change anything I change the front forks to ones with shocks.

When my "Boogie Bike" fell over in a severe wind and damaged the rear wheel motor assembly, I was amazed at the immediate action and excellent service to make good on their warranty. A new wheel assembly was sent and a local repair shop installed it, and it works excellently! Service was important to me when I purchased my e-bike. Love my blue boogie bike...ride it almost daily here in our retirement community and other communities..in fact, ready to take off on it very soon this beautiful Saturday morning. I put a wire basket on the back and would like a cell phone holder but in the meantime I have a small bag on the front for my phone and keys. Love the bright display and what it displays on the handlebars. Comes with a battery charger with a long cord. Love how the battery helps the rider get going as well.
Everything was very accommodating to my schedule with friendly and professional service, somehow there was a scratch in the rear fender, but a little touch up paint will lessen the damage, very happy and pleased with Drew and his willingness to accommodate my individual needs.
Perfect replacement after I mistakenly let my bike fall over and broke the old one. I can’t do without it!
much better screen than the original....shows better in sunlight...the headlight symbol is larger and shows much better.. although it does not show time on ride, that's ok, that's what watches and cell phones are for...I am extremely happy with the new replacement...thanks again for your support...Hal
