15 Day Try at Home

At Boogie Bikes, the Built-In-The-USA with global components Bike Company, we want customers who love our product and the way it works for them. We strive to give every customer enough information prior to purchase so they get exactly what they expect -  the best value in electric bikes.  

In some cases, personal preference or unforeseen conditions can cause us not to meet expectations.

If this is the case for your bike(s), we offer the assurance of a 15 day try at home program.  If you are unsatisfied or find that you would like to return the bike, simply contact Boogie Bikes (returns@boogiebikes.com or 1-833-266-4432) and we will get the process started. From there, pack the bike in the original shipping box and return to Boogie Bikes. It's as simple as that. When we get the bike, we inspect for damage, make sure it's still in saleable condition and give you a complete refund of your money. You only pay for the return shipping.

Note:  If a bike is returned outside of this window without express written consent a restock fee will be charged.  The fee will be $300 for bikes with under 50 miles within 30 days and $500 for bikes with under 150 miles within 60 days.  Bikes over the timeframe and mileage will not be accepted. The bike must also be returned to Boogie Bikes in new saleable condition.

Merchandise and parts can be returned in new un-used condition for 90 days after purchase with the exception of electrical components which can only be returned in case of defect.  All products will be evaluated when received and the customer will be notified if the condition does not meet the requirement.
