Dean at Boogie Bikes is fantastic! The bikes so far are exceeding our expectations. We recently had the bikes out in the country and were going up a long inclined hill. The look on the young man's face as he huffed and puffed up the hill and us "old" people glided by with no sweat was unbeatable. Thanks for the electric lift up the hill! It's great!

Bought with new Boogie Ebikes. The rack and lock systems are very well designed and made. Lost the end of a lock on the ride home that locks the hitch. This hitch pin screws in so the rack stayed in place. Thoughtful design on their part and reduces sway and bounce while securing the hitch in place. Hollywood replaced the locking mechanism for free. And it only took about three days for the replacement to arrive. To me that is very fast and courteous service. We have gone on several trips since with the bikes and rack and so far the rack has proven to be sturdy, safe, and secures the bikes exceptionally well. The rack itself is heavy and big but folds down for easier storage when not in use. I am very impressed with Dean at Boogie Bikes and Hollywood bike racks. Worth every penny I spent. Thank you!

Easy to install with supplied hardware and tools. I think it was just 2 Allen screws and adjustment. The wife liked it so all is good.

Nice quality but way to big for everyday use. Would prefer a smaller size with zippers & pockets to attach to the top of the back bike rack.

It seems like it just shouldn't be legal to have this much fun! I did my research and Boogie Bikes checked allll the boxes on what I wanted. I got my bike a few months ago and have a couple hundred miles on it and could not be happier! Any questions have been answered immediately both by phone and email.

We’ve been riding our bicycles around town, up and over a few big hills, in order to accustom ourselves. It’s important at 70 & 72 years old that we feel comfortable in different scenarios, prior to exploring new places on our upcoming extended summer vacation in our RV. Happy to report they have worked flawlessly & we’re ready to hit the road!

We personally love all the different ways that the handle bars & seat can be adjusted & the relaxing hand grips. The extra width & low step through is what caught the eye of my aching arthritic joints originally. We’ve both perfected the thumb throttle & now use that rather than the pedal assist to get going!

The battery life on the first 20 miles didn’t even budge. Looks like we’ll go well beyond the 50 miles expected.

All in all we’re extremely satisfied! The only down side is the lavender is much more pink than purple.

I really like my Boogie Bike. Having back problem the Boogie Bike assist and throttle have helped me get outside and ride!

I bought this bike in the Fall of 2020 as a 60th birthday present for myself. Best thing I ever did. It looks classy, it's a dream to ride and somehow it fits both me at 5ft and my 6'3" husband. It's a very comfortable bike and doesn't look like an e bike at all. I tried a few others before I bought this. When you use the pedal assist it doesn't take off with a jerk as some e-bikes do. It's very smooth and feels controlled. It has enought power to get up the steepest hills easily. It lets you go farther when you ride because you know you will get back without being too tired.
The customer service it the best around too. Honest people. My bike as has been trouble free since the beginning but if you have any little glitches/ questions, Dean and his crew get right back to you. I would by another and recommend it to anyone looking for a bike.

I am loving my Boogie Bike. The staff at Boogie Bike are simply the best and work hard at creating the best e-bike experience. I finally found an e-bike that works for me. The step through is a dream come true. The battery is strong and gives me all the power I need when riding our local bike trail or through my neighborhood. I can still get in a good workout and then enjoy the throttle option when tackling that steep hill. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a Boogie Bike to friends and family and as a matter of fact I already have. Thank you Boogie Bike for my amazing bike.

My wife and I are in our early 70's and the hills in Upstate NY were becoming an issue with our non-electric bikes. After researching multiple brands, we chose Boogie Bikes for their their quality, features, competitive price, and reputation. They arrived rather quickly, packed for a trip to the moon, and required minimal assembly. This company Company answers their phone, knows what they are talking about and responded to my emails immediately. Dean was especially helpful. We used them for the first time this weekend on a 10 mile trip and they clearly exceeded our expectations.

These bikes are just a pure joy to ride. They are of high quality and comfortable to ride. After spending way too much time in my recliner this past winter, this septuagenerian is very happy to get back outside and being active again.

I received this bike on 4/16/22. It is amazing. I have ridden other bikes but this one is so comfortable. Not just the seat but I feel confident riding. I have ridden others and feel like I am going to fall over all the time. I love the pedal assist and throttle. I am a pretty heavy lady and older. I weigh 240 pounds and the bike supports my weight well. I did a 14 mile ride yesterday and the battery is still fully charged. I live in the Dayton, Ohio area and we have some hills. The Boogie Bike climbed them easily. I did have one very steep hill that I climbed. I did hear the motor slightly. But like I said I am 240 pounds. I never would of ridden anywhere near 14 miles on a regular bike. I would highly recommend the Boggie Bike especially for older folks. I already told you my weight. I am 61 years old and need knee replacement on both knees but, that is not an option right now. I won't lie to you my knees did hurt some but nothing like riding a non electric bike. I have ridden non electric and knees would hurt for days. After yesterdays ride I woke up this morning and felt like I could do it again. This bike is pricey but a very worth while investment for a serious rider who wants to join in the fun. Please if you are serious about riding very seriously consider the Boogie Bike.
